I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite was very comfortable and reminded me of a cozy apartment. The reception manager was helpful and professional, assisting us with paying the city fee and answering all of our questions. The parking arrangement was convenient and reasonably priced. The hotel served as a great base for exploring the city center, as it was located in a nice area, close to the metro station and within walking distance of the famous landmarks. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh salmon and great coffee. the staff was accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us when we left.

Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and minimarkets in the area, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay.
The bathroom could use some improvement, with small size and occasional issues like broken shower head holders and mildew stains.

Here is a great place to stay in the heart of the city, near the Yellow metro line and with easy access to the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered great room service. My room was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as having air conditioning and heating, which made my stay more comfortable. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also very convenient.
I would recommend this hotel to families, and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance.

Convenient location near metro and bus stops, helpful staff, free charging for forgotten items, assisted with taxi, provided breakfast outside of breakfast hours. Spacious and well-furnished renovated building, excellent breakfast with many choices, friendly staff. Triple room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Close to Duomo and Linate airport.
